Tetra was founded in 2025 by Tommy Kleinhans, a CPA with over eight years of experience in assessing and transforming small to medium-sized businesses. Tommy has led comprehensive data clean-ups for companies ranging from seven to nine figures, served as an active finance leader across multiple organizations, and consistently delivers financial models, reports, and assessments across industries including healthcare, real estate, professional services, and the not-for-profit sector. His core focus areas include strategic decision-making, problem-solving, communication, system transformation, and execution. Tommy is a licensed CPA who brings a fresh, results-driven approach that helps business owners gain clarity, streamline operations, and unlock growth opportunities—making him a trusted partner for leaders ready to take their business to the next level.
